Launch Performance Radar. It works with teams following traditional methods, agile or hybrid.
Each team member answers a short anonymous survey. It takes about 15 mins to complete.
The Performance Radar looks at 4 competency areas and 1 value area. There are also 2 dimensions to allow us to get a balanced 360 view of the world (team & stakeholders/users).
We use the first Performance Radar to create a baseline. We then track and measure team performance over time (either monthly or quarterly).
This provides leaders and managers with a “live” view of team performance using hard and soft criteria as measures.
