Lisa leads business development at Performance Radar, focusing on building trusted relationships with senior technology and delivery leaders. Her background spans PMO delivery at Accenture and recruitment within technology, finance and healthcare — giving her a grounded understanding of the environments our clients operate in.
She takes a consultative approach to business development, prioritising quality conversations and long-term value over high-volume sales activity. Lisa manages the pipeline from first contact through to qualified engagement, working closely with the founding team to ensure every conversation is well-scoped and relevant to the client's situation.
